Be encouraged: What you do as a worship leader each week matters. You never know what extraordinary activities God is doing in what appears to be an ordinary worship service. Be faithful in pointing people to Christ in every worship service you lead. Be prayed up and expect God to do amazing things each week. Only He can do the extraordinary with the ordinary…

Kate Bissinger
Worship Team Vocal Coach
Kate has a passion for worship vocalists that goes far beyond just how they sound. She believes that God created each voice to be as unique as a fingerprint. Approaching singers with this perspective allows them to grow and develop in a way that nurtures both their vocal and spiritual well-being, building them up rather than tearing them down.
Over the past 15 years, Kate has had the privilege of coaching hundreds of vocal performers on their journey to achieving their goals, with a special focus on vocal and emotional health. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance. In 2013, Kate furthered her education by attending the Contemporary Commercial Music Vocal Pedagogy Institute at Shenandoah University.
As an active singer for the past 30 years, she has had the honor of performing in various styles, ranging from contemporary worship to traditional. Kate has appeared in more than 20 states and Canada as a soloist, ensemble member, and dancer with an international touring group. She currently lives in a charming little town outside Philadelphia with her husband, two energetic boys, and one neurotic cat.
Daniel Sibrian
Relationship Development Executive
Daniel Sibrian was born in East Los Angeles but raised in North Carolina. He is passionate about leading worship and engaging people to be who God has called them to be. One of his greatest joys comes from seeing people come alive in worship on Sunday mornings. He loves pouring into people and seeing them grow in the gifts God has given them, walking through the gospel of Jesus Christ and growing together. He has been leading worship in English and Spanish since he was only 12 years old. Daniel and his wife, Madison, lead worship together regularly. He has helped lead events with over 20,000 people in attendance. He lived in Nashville for over 3 years and his time there really shaped him musically and spiritually. He has worked closely with artists like Travis Cottrell and Nic Gonzalez (Salvador) and has gained a lot of experience from their mentorship and friendship. He currently serves as Worship Leader at the Cove Church Statesville.
Melody Veal
Relationship Development Executive
Melody Veal has been involved with leading worship for most of her life. Growing up with parents as worship leaders, she has been immersed in nearly every aspect of a worship service from a young age. With experience as both church staff and a volunteer worship leader, Melody loves to support and serve on worship teams in any capacity. Her abilities include vocals, keys, acoustic, and bass guitars, as well as experience as a sound engineer. Her educational experience offers an additional layer of bringing encouragement and organization to teams.
Melody believes that all people were created by God to worship, whether that be through music or any act of service as worship. She is passionate that believers bring the highest praise, the purest surrender, and the most reverent worship to our most Holy God. She believes that our worship services should focus on the work done on the cross, as well as allowing the Holy Spirit to move as He wishes during the service. She communicates that the worship team must be held to high standards and understand the responsibility found in leading the congregation in worship. Her favorite verse is Psalm 27:4, “One thing I have asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.”
