Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“Church” or “Job Applicant”) and WorshipConsulting.com. Anyone (“Users”) that utilize any part of the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board are operating independently from WorshipConsulting.com and its affiliates. Access given to Users to use the WorshipConsulting.com and the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board (“Job Board”) is at the sole discretion of WorshipConsulting.com.

WorshipConsulting.com provides this Job Board as a service for Churches and Job Applicants to connect with each other. Anyone who uses this Job Board must comply with all rules and terms of this agreement. If these rules and the terms of agreement are not followed by Users, WorshipConsulting.com staff and team members may limit, block their ability to use some or all of the Job Board, deactivate or delete their account. WorshipConsulting.com reserves the right to remove postings, Churches, Job Applicants, and the like from the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board at any time for any reason deemed against the best interests of WorshipConsulting.com.  If you have any questions, you may email us at: info@worshipconsulting.com.

Rules and Regulations:
Anyone who uses the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board must comply with all applicable rules and regulations established by WorshipConsulting.com, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal laws. These rules and regulations apply to Churches, Job Applicants, any third party firms or institutions, and anyone else that accesses or utilizes the Job Board.

The Job Board is to be used by Churches to list job openings and by Job Applicants to post their resumes. Access for Churches and Job Applicants to see other postings on the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board is at the sole discretion of WorshipConsulting.com.

No inappropriate content may be posted, including but not limited to: profanity, nudity, vulgar speech, sexual innuendos, disparaging comments, obscene or offensive words, images or links, illegal, unethical, immoral or the like. Any content that WorshipConsulting.com believes does not follow these rules or does not represent Christ well according to Scripture, may be removed by WorshipConsulting.com. WorshipConsulting.com reserves the right to limit, remove, or deny content at any time and for any reason. 

WorshipConsulting.com has complete ownership of all content on the WorshipConsulting.com website, including the Job Board. All trademarks, copyrights, and rights are reserved and exclusively held by WorshipConsulting.com.

By accessing or using any part of the WorshipConsulting.com website, Users agree to not copy, duplicate, sell, resell, loan, give, transmit, or post any content from the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board to any other person, people, entity, or institution. All Church job postings and resumes posted on WorshipConsulting.com are considered exclusive to WorshipConsulting.com and are not to be transmitted or used by any other medium or platform without written consent from the corresponding Church or Job Applicant.

All postings displayed by both Churches and Job Applicants are expected to be posted accurately. Churches listing job openings should apply the most stringent integrity when describing the Church and job opening. Job Applicants should apply the greatest integrity when uploading and listing their resume information. Remember, you are representing Christ, and should trust Him with the results. Churches and Job Applicants are encouraged to verify the content listed by the other party to validate the accuracy of any listing.

WorshipConsulting.com makes no promise, commitment, or guarantee that a Church Job listing will be filled or that a Resume posted will constitute an interview or job being offered. Any agreements made between Churches and Job Applicants is exclusively done as a direct relationship between the two parties and is separate and unassociated with WorshipConsulting.com. All Job Postings and Resumes shall be considered intellectual property of WorshipConsulting.com and may be shared with affiliates of WorshipConsulting.com as appropriate.

Posts, links, Church listings, and resumes posted on or connected to from the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board does not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by WorshipConsulting.com. All posts, uploads, and content provided by Users are independent of WorshipConsulting.com. Content posted by Churches indicates that the individual posting the content has the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to represent the Church and to post the content that is being displayed on the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board. WorshipConsulting.com reserves the right to hide or remove content that has been inactive for more than six months.This decision is at the sole discretion of WorshipConsulting.com.

Liability and Indemnity:
WorshipConsulting.com shall not be held liable or responsible for any content posted on the Job Board, including but not limited to: inaccurate content, misrepresentation of a person or job opening, inappropriate or outdated content, false or disparaging content, offensive language or images and the like. This includes any content posted to the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board. Under no circumstances will WorshipConsulting.com be held liable or responsible for content, system functionality, whether working or not working, or details displayed on the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board. WorshipConsulting.com shall be indemnified and held harmless of any content displayed on the WorshipConsulting.com Job Board.

Affiliates:
Affiliates of WorshipConsulting.com are independent of any Churches or Job Applicants. Any arrangements made between WorshipConsulting.com and its affiliates are independent of Churches, Job Applicants, and the Job Board. Commissions may be paid between WorshipConsulting.com and their affiliates at any time and is at the sole discretion of WorshipConsulting.com. No affiliates of WorshipConsulting.com shall be held responsible for any of these details as well.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, after a job is posted, there is no refund through the term of the listing. If you have extenuating circumstances and want to request a refund, please email us at: info@worshipconsulting.com. In the subject line, put “Refund please”. The body of the email should contain the context of why the refund is requested and details surrounding the need for the refund. WorshipConsulting.com reserves the right to accept or refuse any request for refund based solely on WorshipConsulting.com’s judgment. Any request for refund beyond 30 days of the listing will be automatically denied.

Law:
This agreement shall be governed in all ways by the laws of the state of Kansas. Any legal actions must be taken in accordance with laws of the state of Kansas.

Updates and Amendment:
WorshipConsulting.com reserves the right to update the details of these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason deemed solely at the discretion of WorshipConsulting.com. These updated terms and conditions shall be posted on the WorshipConsulting.com website and become effective immediately upon posting to the site.
